COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
Dear valued customers, Some changes have been made due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak. Please read the below information carefully. Failure to comply may result in the loss of your schedule appointment, and a subsequent cancellation fee.
-All clients MUST arrive with their own mask
-Masks will be on sale at the shop for $2 should you forget
-PLEASE reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell
-Staff will be authorized to use their own judgment in sending home clients that appear to be sick. If this occurs, you will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your service
-If you have to reschedule your appointment, please let your stylist or barber know at least 12 hours prior to your appointment
-If you cancel within the 12 hour window, you will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your service
-At this time, public health is advising we drastically cut down on providing blow-dry services. Should you desperately be in need of a blow-dry, please also book "Blow-dry and Style" for $8. Staff will be unable to add on this service at the time of your appointment, as scheduling is tighter due to disinfection procedures
-Please arrive at the time of your appointment and wait in your car until your stylist or barber notifies you they are ready
-At this time, if you are late by 15 minutes or more we will be forced to reschedule your appointment for a later date
